Yawn...

Just like every kid I've ever known, Stella seems to sense when I'd like to sleep in a little bit. Yeah, that would've been this morning. And again, like every kid I've ever met, she was having none of it.
Patty and I went to Happy Hour at the Strike last night and although we were home by 9:00PM, I sure would've liked to stay in bed until at least 7:00AM. But no, it was 5:45 this morning. I guess that's why God makes kids and puppies so cute. So you don't choke them when they don't conform to your plans.
