On my hands and knees at 8:30 this morning, scrubbing my kitchen floor, it dawned on me that I've lived here for 8 years and have never once scrubbed the kitchen, bathrooms or laundry room floors.
Not that they have never been scrubbed, they've been scrubbed on a regular basis for as long as I've lived here. I just have never done it myself.
On to the vaccuming, which I've done before but rarely. Oh, what a sheltered life I've lived!

Did you get rid of your cleaner for cause?
Yes Linda, she was getting old and just couldn't do that great of a job any more. What she did do, I decided I could do myself.
